We provide free shipping on all standard US orders only. Packages are sent via FedEx Ground or USPS First Class. Expedited shipping options include:
- Domestic FedEx 2 Day: $19.95
- Domestic FedEx Overnight: $25.95
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stem cell skin care products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund. When returning a product, please follow these guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from www.skinshinebar.com. We cannot accept returns of products purchased through other outlets.
- You must contact our offices within 30 days of your purchase, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Request a Return Authorization by calling 877-800-1131 or by emailing us at email@example.com.
- If requested, mail us your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service representative. Include your packing slip or other proof of purchase with the return.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
